Frontier Regional and Union #38 School Districts offer challenging and exciting educational opportunities for all students, Pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. Our mission: to provide an education of the highest quality by building a strong foundation for life-long learning, valuing the individual, fostering community, and respecting tradition while responding to the changing needs of society. To reach such goals, we need to have high expectations for all students. We also need faculty and staff members who are knowledgeable, caring and committed to helping all students achieve their very best. In short, we need to provide an educational environment in which learning is an exciting endeavor shared by the whole community. The communities of Conway, Deerfield, Sunderland and Whately have continuously provided such a positive educational environment. By respecting individual differences, and teaching children that learning throughout life is both a responsibility and a pleasure, our schools help their students develop a strong sense of self and community and the capability to confidently confront challenges. Our communities recognize that achieving educational goals means providing educational resources.
